- The prices are calculated on an occupancy of at least 2 nights (3 nights in high season)
- VAT is included
- When I receive your reservation, I will send you a confirmation with the payment details
- Your reservation is final after I have received a 25% advance payment from you
- You pay the balance 2 weeks before arrival
- In case of late booking, you pay the full amount upon reservation.
- If canceled up to 2 weeks before arrival, I will refund your balance, later I will refund 50% of the total amount.
- The stay is only permitted for the persons mentioned in the reservation (max. 2 / room)
- Smoking is not allowed indoors and you cannot bring pets
- Arrival: please between 3 and 8 p.m. and preferably as agreed
- Departure before 11 am
- It is recommended that you take out travel insurance and that your health insurance is in order.
